A wonderful range of trendy and timeless pieces that displayed versatility in perspective, precision cuts, and design represented the expert craftsmanship that is to be expected from Krainz, and his Fine Jewels of NYC collection. A perfect balance of classic monochromatic pieces and intricately placed gems, stones, and colorful diamonds left no doubt that Roland Krainz and Fine Jewels of NYC are capable of anything.

Celebrity Chef Darryl Harmon holds many accolades including being named "Chef of the Year," by the American Culinary Federation. Chef Harmon has prepared intimate dinners for many celebrities over the years including U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden; NYC Mayor Rudy Guiliani; Senator Bob Dole; Director Michael Bay; John Legend; Actor Jamie Foxx; and numerous athletes such as DeSean Jackson, Ryan Howard, Carlos Ruiz, Shane Vittorino, Scott Hartnell, Samuel D'Alembert and Donovan McNabb.
Assisted by Chef Ethan Taylor and company, Chef Harmon presented an upscale hors d'oeuvre / dessert menu that complimented the elegance displayed within the Krainz gallery in the main room. A menu consisting of Smoked Steak Tartare with Brioche Toast Point, Peppercorn Beef Tenderloin, and Basil Mustard Pulled Chicken Salad with Lemon-Thyme Crostini left guest's taste buds lingering for more from Chef Harmon's kitchen.
